Out of Hand delivers the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Outdoor Advertising scheme

Out of Hand was appointed by City of Edinburgh Council to manage and operate the Edinburgh Festival Fringe outdoor advertising scheme in 2014. The temporary scheme offers a range of officially authorised and cost effective outdoor advertising solutions covering various formats to venues and promoters involved in the Fringe during August. Working alongside Out of Hand Scotland, we created, installed and maintained thousands of items across a six week period during the busiest month of the year in Edinburgh. The improved scheme was universally acknowledged to be better presented and maintained than previous years, the city had less flyposting incidents than previous years and for the first time, channeled a significant concession fee back to the council to offset street cleaning costs associated with the festival.
