New Promoter Package Deals launched

We understand the current pressures on the late night industry, and to help promoters and venues alike, we have launched our new 'Promoter Package Deals' for 2011. Initially targeted at Bristol based events, the packages include printing of flyers and posters, distribution of flyers to shop and clubs and a free advert in our award winning publication, 247 Magazine for an all-in-one low price.

The deal also saves time and effort, as well as money, as it enables promoters and venues to sort out their print, distribution and advertising all in one place, have only one invoice to pay and thus allowing time to do other important things to help make their events a success.

Deals start at £120 for 5,000 A6 full colour, double sided flyers printed on 300gsm, 100 black and white A3 posters, 2,000 distributed to retail outlets and clubs in Bristol and a free advert in 247 Magazine.

Please call the Bristol office on 0117 953 6363 to discuss your requirements and place your order.

Latest issue of 247 Magazine out now

The latest issues of 247 Magazine are out in stockists now. Both editions feature an exclusive guide to the best parties over the festive and new year period. We also interviewed Welsh group, Goldie Lookin Chain, new bands coming out of Cornwall including Electric Skies, The Truth and Broken. Our Press Pack Sessions interview Rosie Vanier, and includes an exclusive video interview, available from our site at www.247magazine.co.uk

On a production level, we commissioned the cover of the South West edition to a new contributor, Lauren Close, and she perfectly captured the party spirit this month! And, as part of our ongoing work experience programme to help up and coming designers, Ollie Hunt lent a hand working alongside designer Lucy Reynolds to make sure the December issue looked spot on.

You can read both regional editions of 247 Magazine at www.247magazine.co.uk

FASTER THAN A SPEEDING BULLET

Out of Hand have become the official print supplier to the current UK World Land Speed Record attempt. Based out of Bristol, the Bloodhound Project - which aims to break the world land speed record by achieving 1,000mph - is an iconic adventure that will push technology to its limit. The project provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers in defending the current record. The new car - called the Bloodhound SSC - will be 42 ft long, 9 ft high and will weigh 6.4 tonnes and boasts a top speed of 1,050 mph. It is currently being designed by the Richard Noble and will be driven by Andy Green, a Royal Air Force pilot. The pair currently hold the world land speed title for their record breaking car ThrustSSC, which holds the record, travelling at 766 mph. “This project is unique and we are proud to support the World Record attempt” said Nigel Muntz, Commercial Director at Out of Hand.
